1. Service-Based Nature
Listenly is a service-based platform. Once a session with a trained agent has been successfully completed, the service is considered delivered and no cancellation is possible.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Service Delivery
You may cancel a scheduled session before it begins by contacting us through the app or our support channels.
After Service Delivery
Once a session has been successfully completed, cancellation is not available as the service has already been rendered.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered and issued in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues with the app that prevented you from accessing or completing a session
- Service quality issues or connectivity problems on our end
- Sessions that were not delivered as described or expected
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
4. Refund Request Timeline
To be eligible for a refund, you must report any issues or concerns within 2 days (48 hours) of the session or transaction. Refund requests submitted after this period may not be honored.
Please contact our support team with details of the issue, including:
- Date and time of the session
- Description of the problem encountered
- Any relevant screenshots or evidence
- Transaction or session ID (if available)
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Sessions that were successfully completed without technical or service issues
- Change of mind after a session has been completed
- Failure to report issues within the 2-day timeline
- Technical issues on the user's end (poor internet connection, device problems, etc.)
- Violation of our Terms of Service by the user
